Kevin
Burgess is President of Big Horn Valve, Inc. In 1997 he founded Big Horn
Valve, Inc., as a manufacturing and product development company. This
company is a result of practical "field" lessons learned during
installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation equipment. For the
previous 8 years, Robert "Kevin" Burgess managed Cloud Peak
Irrigation, LLC., one of the leading irrigation contractors in Sheridan
County. Kevin's technical expertise also comes from 9 years as Physical
Plant Director at Sheridan College, and 5 years as a maintenance planner
with Exxon Minerals. Kevin has studied at the Colorado School of Mines
and graduated from Pontifical College in Ohio. Kevin, his wife Carol,
and their five children have been native to Sheridan for the past 15 years.

 Dan's
background includes many years as a senior executive for several companies
including Johns-Manville (Buckner/Febco Division); the Toro Co., Irrigation
division; and ITT, Fluid Handling Division. A graduate of the University
of Arizona, School of Mines, Dan provides a broad range of both domestic
and international business expertise. Dan's background includes proven CEO
and International operations capabilities. Dan is currently project manager
for the International Center for Water Technology at California State University,
Fresno. This $60 million complex will be the world's leading center for
water and applied fluid sciences.

is president of INMAN INTERWEST, Inc., a leading water products manufacturers
representative company with offices in Denver and Salt Lake. John has been
in the irrigation, plumbing, and water works industries for 30 years. John's
expertise and contacts in the irrigation and plumbing industries provide
the Company with the sales capabilities to take their products effectively
to the markets. |
